Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any of our rentals and services that we provide at In Bloom Events & Décor. Your use of any of our services and rentals is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms at any time. By using In Bloom Events & Décor you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you should not use our rentals or services. We reserve the right to modify, cancel or replace any of our rentals and services at any time.

Booking

An event and any rental is ONLY considered “booked” after the full amount has been received to In Bloom Events & Décor by the date the event was booked. If the client has not submitted the full payment or allows the quote to expire, it is understood that the event date and time will be made available to other clients, and any discounts and special promotions applied will be removed and invalid.

Payment

The initial payment of the total balance of the rental is fully refundable up to 3 days (72 hr.) before the event. Under 3 days (72 hr.) notice of cancelation before the event results in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the rental.

Payments Accepted

Payments can be made with VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and PayPal. Failure to make deposit or payment by the date the event was booked may result in any of the following: 

 

Invalidation and removal of any applicable discounts, special promotions, etc. 

The release of event date and time. 

Termination of contract.

Cancelations and Rescheduling

We understand that things may come up, however we put a lot of time and effort into building your event to make it special. We require at least 3 days notice (72 hr.) before your rental cancelation/rescheduling.

Cancellation

Clients maintain the right to cancel at any time, however, a cancellation fee will apply if notified within the 3 day (72 hr.) window before the event. If an event is canceled, the following fees applies:


At Least 3 days (72 hr.) notice before the event: $0.00 fee.

Under 3 days (72 hr.) notice before the event: (50% of the total rental).


“Reductions” or “Changes” (adding/deleting décor pieces) cannot be made on orders after these Terms & Conditions have been signed. Color Changes may result in additional charges.

Rescheduling

If the weather or any situation prevents our rentals from taking place, the client may reschedule their installation at least 3 days (72 hr.) before their event without penalty. The client can reschedule their event within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of In Bloom Events & Décor without being charged a fee. You must notify us immediately to secure the new date. 

If we are not available, the cancellation policy and a fee will apply.

Removal

In Bloom Events & Décor will return to disassemble and retrieve all rentals and equipment. All embellishments and framework are the property of In Bloom Events & Décor and these items will be collected during the tear down of the event. The customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for tear down. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs or the missing equipment or material. The client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement or damage. If our equipment is damaged, misplaced, or stolen, the client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s).

SIGNING BELOW INDICATES YOU HAVE COMPLETELY READ AND AGREED WITH THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.
